Peel fixation: Raise the oven temperature to 80-200 degrees Celsius, and put the lemon peel into the oven. This will fix the peel and remove the astringency of the lemon. The time is controlled at 45-80 minutes.

Drying and baking: Raise the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes of drying and baking, keeping the moisture content of the whole lemon tea at about 10%.

Aroma-enhancing baking: Raise the temperature to 180-220 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes of aroma-enhancing baking, keeping the moisture content of the whole lemon tea at about 5%.
