About Brewing Method of Keemun Qihong Maofeng Black Tea

1 to 2 teaspoons (2 grams) of tea leaves are recommended for every 150 milliliters (5 ounces) of water. The ideal water temperature is 100°c (212F). The tea leaves should steep for about a minute both the first and second brews. Gradually increase the water temperature and steep time for subsequent brewing. Tea sets made of ceramic or glass are also recommended. Before brewing, rinse the soaking container with hot water to allow it to warm.
