It belongs to the branch of Lapsang Souchong black tea, is an innovative black tea popular in the world. It is native to Tongmu Village, Wuyishan City, Fujian Province. A new variety of black tea developed in 2005 by the team led by Jiang Yuanxun, the 24th generation inheritor of Lapsang Souchong Black Tea, through innovation and fusion on the basis of traditional craftsmanship.

The reason why it is famous and precious is that the whole process is hand-made by tea masters. Every 500g of Jinjunmei requires tens of thousands of fresh tea bud tips. Fresh tea buds from the alpine original ecological species in the Wuyi Mountain Nature Reserve are picked, and then processed a series of complex processing steps such as withering, killing, fermenting, rolling and so on can be completed. The treasures of the tea obtained are small and compact in shape, accompanied by golden tea velvet tea hairs, the soup color is golden, and the taste is sweet and refreshing.
