Black Tea Brewing Method

1. Appliance cleaner

Before drinking black tea, no matter what drinking method is used, you must first prepare tea utensils, such as a pot for boiling water, a cup or cup for holding tea, etc. At the same time, it is also necessary to use clean water to clean them one by one to avoid pollution.

2. Measure the tea into the cup

Only put 3-5 grams of black tea in each cup, or 1-2 bags of tea bags. If it is boiled in a pot, add an appropriate amount of tea to the teapot, and then immediately pour boiling water. The water temperature should be maintained at a temperature of 90 to 100 degrees. At the same time, the teapot and teacup are scalded with hot water. This procedure is called warm pot (cup).

3. Boil water and make tea

After the tea is poured into the cup, it is then poured into the boiling water. If it is high-grade black tea, then it is advisable to choose a white porcelain cup in order to observe its color. Usually flush to eighth full. If it is boiled in a pot, the water should be boiled first, and then the tea ingredients should be added.

If it is boiled in a pot, the tea leaves are put in, hot water is poured, and the lid is closed, so that the aroma and taste of the black tea can be fully released in the hot water. Those with small leaves should soak for about 2 to 3 minutes, and those with larger leaves should be simmered for 3 to 5 minutes. When the tea leaves bloom, sink to the bottom of the pot, and no longer tumble, you can enjoy it.
